Shipping destination

We currently accept and ship orders only to addresses in the United States.

Cost, tracking, and import duties

Standard shipping to the United States is free and includes tracking. Lume Portraits pays import duties associated with the standard shipment. Any sales tax shown at checkout is handled separately according to applicable tax rules.

Production time

Production begins immediately after you approve the artwork proof. Production normally takes 14–20 business days after approval. Time spent preparing the proof, completing revisions, or waiting for approval is not included in the production estimate.

Delivery time

After production is complete and the order is dispatched, delivery normally takes an additional 5–7 business days. The combined estimated time after artwork approval is therefore approximately 19–27 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information will be sent when the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or dispatch.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you with a revised shipment date and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak periods, and incomplete address information may affect delivery after dispatch.

Delivery problems

If tracking has not updated, indicates a delivery exception, or shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact info@lume-portraits.com with your order number so we can investigate. Eligible lost orders will be replaced at no charge.
