Custom Portrait & Proof Process

From your photograph to your portrait

  1. Upload your photograph. Choose the image you want us to use when placing your order. You confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.
  2. Review your artwork proof. We create a portrait proof and send it to you for review.
  3. Approve or request changes. You may approve the proof or request reasonable revisions. There is no fixed limit on revision rounds.
  4. Production begins after approval. Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately and further changes or cancellations are not possible.
  5. Tracked delivery. Production normally takes 14–20 business days, followed by approximately 5–7 business days for tracked delivery in the United States.

Cancellation and privacy

You may cancel only before the first proof is delivered. Uploaded photographs and artwork are used to create and support your order and will not be used in advertising without your permission.
